Helpful education and training resources
There’s more to a complete safety program than just a comprehensive background check—it’s important to have a system in place to prevent future incidents. That’s why we found the best partners in the youth sports safety community to provide you with forward-thinking training and education services.
Here are the providers and solutions we recommend to help ensure your volunteers, coaches, and staff are properly trained to minimize risk for your organization and keep your athletes safe.

Coach and volunteer training
We aligned with the U.S. Center for SafeSport to offer crucial courses on emotional, physical, and sexual abuse and misconduct. It’s an organization’s responsibility to ensure anyone interacting with young athletes is properly vetted and thoroughly trained on these important issues, so we made them easily available for our customers.
Concussion awareness and treatment
Our partnership with TeachAids means organizations will be able to add CrashCourse concussion education training to their safety program. The research-based, interactive resources provide the latest medical knowledge on the prevention and treatment of concussions, ensuring athletes are protected and staff complete vital training.

Abuse prevention training
We teamed up with Abuse Prevention Systems to provide Safe Sport Act-compliant abuse awareness training directly through SportsEngine HQ. Help your coaches and volunteers identify warning signs and report suspicious activity with training that meets the strictest requirements in the industry, including the National Council of Youth Sports (NCYS) Guidelines.
